To support the PMO Manager in providing effective programme and project management support to the UK SAR Programme, provide administrative support to all members of the UK SAR management team and co-ordinate UK SAR HQ travel requirements.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support UK SAR PMO Manager by providing administrative support for UK SAR programme and project activities
- Providing general administrative support to UK SAR HQ team
- Minute taking during UK SAR meetings as required
- Ordering of office supplies and consumable items
- Booking travel for UK SAR HQ Management Team
- Collating data for UK SAR quarterly Contract Management Board meetings and monthly KPI reporting
- Administration of UK SAR Immersion Suit Rental
- Administrative assistance for iSAR Kit Module
- Assisting with the maintenance of the UK SAR Business Risk Register, Issue Log, Dependencies Log and Change Control Log
- Administrative assistance for UK SAR Asset Register
- Preparation, maintenance, and management of document archives to satisfy Client audit requirements.
- Assist UK SAR PMO Manager in administration and management of sub-contracted services
- Other tasks as designated by the UK SAR PMO Manager in support of the UK SAR Programme
PERSON SPECIFICATION: (minimum education requirements, key skills, and experience)
Qualifications
- HNC in Business or Administration and Information Technology or suitable experience gained in a similar role
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role (Desirable)
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office software to at least intermediate level
- Confidentiality
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to prioritise
- Attention to detail
- Interest in Aviation
