Own the full sales cycle for UK schools and Multi-Academy Trusts, win new business, build relationships with senior education leaders, and help establish the company’s commercial and sales processes as it scales across the UK.

Company:

SimpleStudy is a consumer AI platform for students. The company just closed a $4M seed round, with 1.5M + students across five primary markets: UK, Ireland, Brazil, South Africa, and Australia. Over ~40,000 new students join every week. The team is ~20 people, operating remotely with an office in Lisbon.

Notable investors include the first investors of Facebook and Revolut, and founders of Strava, and Intercom. The company is lean, product-obsessed, and deliberately not a typical education company — it's built consumer-first, with heavy PLG and A/B testing culture. 1 in 4 students in Ireland already use the product, and they want to do that for several hundred million students around the world.

If you've built a career selling into UK schools and Multi-Academy Trusts, we want you to help us create a Sales org that has already scaled in 3 countries in less than 18 months.

Who we're looking for

Whether you've sold EdTech, MIS, safeguarding, recruitment, CPD, curriculum resources or another education solution, we're interested in speaking with people who have a track record of winning business with UK schools and MATs. Full 360 sales cycle and the opportunity to build a sales org from the ground up. You don’t want to be a cog in a machine anymore. You have hit your ceiling and are now looking for something more…

Why join us?

Most education sales roles expect you to inherit a process.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build one.

You'll have the autonomy to influence how we sell, how we approach the market, and what this sales organisation becomes over the next few years.

If you're the type of salesperson who wants ownership instead of layers of management, you'll fit in well here.

What you'll do
  • Own the full sales cycle with schools and Multi-Academy Trusts.

  • Win new business across the UK.

  • Build relationships with senior education leaders.

  • Help shape the future of our commercial function as we scale.

What you need
  • Proven experience selling directly to UK schools and/or Multi-Academy Trusts.

  • A history of consistently winning new business.

  • Confidence managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

  • High standards, strong commercial instincts and the drive to outperform.

  • Honest communication. This is the key to not having a BS sales org.

What you'll get
  • £70,000–£110,000 base salary

  • Uncapped commission

  • Equity

  • Remote-first with travel as required

  • The opportunity to help build one of the best commercial teams in UK EdTech - not just join one.

Let's build something worth winning.
