The Proposition Manager - Rewards is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and management of our rewards proposition in the UK Market. This includes understanding customer needs, market strategy, unit economics and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality propositions that drive customer acquisition, engagement and satisfaction.
Job responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for UK rewards.
- Collaborate with commercial, financial and product team to identify, prioritize and deliver new rewards campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Develop and prioritize the UK market proposition backlog.
- Monitor rewards initiatives performance and implement improvements.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking: Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and translate strategy into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Financial acumen: Understand the financial drivers of the business and be able to build commercially viable solutions.
- Communication and presentation: Strong skills in communicating complex ideas to various audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a matrixed, complex organization.
- Ability to communicate to and effectively influencing Senior Stakeholders through briefings and presentations.
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in proposition, commercial or marketing functions are preferred.
