The Role 

We’re looking for a Paid Search Manager to lead strategy, performance, and client relationships across a portfolio of paid search accounts. You’ll combine deep platform expertise with strategic thinking to deliver measurable growth for clients while mentoring junior team members.

You’ll work with a broad range of clients - from fast-growing SMBs to global enterprise brands - developing tailored strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring campaigns consistently deliver against performance goals.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strategy, testing new ideas, and using AI and automation to drive performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and lead client calls

  • Communicate performance insights, recommendations, and strategy clearly

  • Provide proactive updates on campaign performance and opportunities

  • Develop a strong understanding of client goals, markets, and competitors

Paid Search Strategy & Campaign Management
  • Lead the strategy, setup, and optimisation of paid search campaigns

  • Develop testing roadmaps to drive ongoing performance improvements

  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into action

  • Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure campaigns meet client goals

  • Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging trends in paid media

Driving Growth
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through expanded scope or new services

  • Contribute insights and strategy to new business pitches

  • Support the development of innovative tools, solutions, and approaches

Team Leadership
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their development

  • Provide feedback and guidance on campaign work and strategy

  • Share learnings and best practices with the wider team

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)

  • A strategic and analytical mindset with a passion for optimisation

  • Excellent communication and client management skills

  • Interest in AI, automation, and the future of digital  

  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
