We’re looking for a Paid Search Manager to lead strategy, performance, and client relationships across a portfolio of paid search accounts. You’ll combine deep platform expertise with strategic thinking to deliver measurable growth for clients while mentoring junior team members.
You’ll work with a broad range of clients - from fast-growing SMBs to global enterprise brands - developing tailored strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring campaigns consistently deliver against performance goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient LeadershipBuild strong relationships with client stakeholders and lead client calls
Communicate performance insights, recommendations, and strategy clearly
Provide proactive updates on campaign performance and opportunities
Develop a strong understanding of client goals, markets, and competitors
Lead the strategy, setup, and optimisation of paid search campaigns
Develop testing roadmaps to drive ongoing performance improvements
Analyse performance data and translate insights into action
Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure campaigns meet client goals
Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging trends in paid media
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through expanded scope or new services
Contribute insights and strategy to new business pitches
Support the development of innovative tools, solutions, and approaches
Mentor and support junior team members in their development
Provide feedback and guidance on campaign work and strategy
Share learnings and best practices with the wider team
Strong experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
A strategic and analytical mindset with a passion for optimisation
Excellent communication and client management skills
Interest in AI, automation, and the future of digital
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
Work across media, creative, data, and measurement - not just one discipline
Lead a diverse portfolio of strategic and consultative client relationships
