About the Role:
OMD EMEA is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Account Manager, Paid Search to join our growing team in London. Based in our Charing Cross Road office, you will play a key role in delivering Paid Search strategy and campaign execution for one of the world’s most innovative and influential brands.
This role spans planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting across major Paid Search platforms including Google, Amazon, and Bing. You’ll support the development of both local and global strategies, combining hands-on campaign management with strategic thinking and leadership.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll also mentor junior colleagues, contribute to process improvements, and help drive best-in-class Paid Search performance across multiple markets.
What You’ll Be DoingCampaign Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and implementation of Paid Search strategies across Google, Amazon, and Bing
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, optimisation, audience segmentation, and reporting
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, ad copy development, and A/B testing
- Ensure campaigns follow best practices, QA standards, and naming conventions
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and performance improvement
- Work closely with planning teams to align Paid Search activity with broader cross-channel strategies
- Support adoption of new platform features, beta opportunities, and innovative solutions
- Deliver regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities
- Support KPI tracking and measurement frameworks in collaboration with analytics teams
- Monitor campaign pacing, forecasting, and budget allocation to ensure delivery against plans
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, platform representatives, and technology partners
- Present campaign updates, insights, and recommendations in client meetings
- Collaborate with platform partners on performance improvements and new opportunities
- Support strategic recommendations and test-and-learn initiatives
- Mentor and support junior team members in campaign management and Paid Search best practices
- Contribute to team workflows, processes, and knowledge sharing
- Help foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
What We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience across Paid Search platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Amazon Search
- Experience using third-party bid management tools such as SKAI or similar platforms
- Proven ability to manage campaigns and contribute to strategic planning
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Good understanding of e-commerce and brand-led Paid Search strategies
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented approach
- Experience with attribution and analytics platforms such as Singular
- Exposure to YouTube Ads, retail media, or other performance marketing channels
- Understanding of cross-channel media planning and attribution models
- Familiarity with emerging AI tools and trends within the search landscape

For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
