The Role

As Creator Marketing Director, you’ll lead the regional creator marketing strategy and oversee end‑to‑end execution across paid, owned, and earned channels. You’ll be a senior point of contact for creator activity, guiding integrated campaigns from strategy through delivery, measurement, and optimisation.

You’ll collaborate closely with paid social, comms, planning, activation, creative and global teams (including partners in Los Angeles), ensuring creator strategies are seamlessly embedded within wider media ecosystems. You’ll oversee processes, frameworks, and best practices, build strong client and partner relationships, and champion innovation across platforms. A core part of the role includes developing measurement frameworks, managing budgets, translating insight into actionable reporting, and upskilling teams across the agency.

About You

You’re a senior social and creator marketing specialist with deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem and platform best practice. You bring a strategic mindset alongside hands‑on delivery experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and confidence presenting clear recommendations. You stay close to emerging trends, products, and creator‑led innovation, and enjoy leading teams, sharing knowledge, and driving continuous improvement.

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Let us know if you have any questions about our working pattern as part of your application and interview process.


Flexible Working

At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
