Role Summary:
The Head of Global Tax will report into the Global Head of Finance & Tax. The role will oversee the management of the Group’s international tax affairs including tax strategy, tax planning, tax compliance, year-end tax audit, tax audits, transfer pricing and M&A tax guidance/structuring.
Contract: Permanent
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £125k-£140k (DOE) + Package
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership the Group’s transfer pricing model
- Lead the Group’s audit from a tax perspective
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax filings in the UK
- Provide tax and structuring guidance of acquisitions and disposals
- Partner with the business globally to provide required tax advisory
- Stay abreast of tax developments and consider implications
- Work with Group Treasury to evaluate repatriation
- Management of Group Tax function
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrable technical excellence with respect to corporation tax, transfer pricing, VAT and M&A tax advisory
- ACA and CTA qualified accountant and tax professional with 7+ years of PQE
- Experience with dealing with tax audits across the globe
- Management and development of a Group’s transfer pricing model
- Tax guidance on M&A deals including optimal deal structure
- Ability to engage cross functionally and with the business

- Experience of PE-backed environment
