In this role you'll gain hands-on experience across many elements of marketing, working in collaboration with our Marketing centres of excellence and UK business. This role reports to the Head of UK Funds Marketing, and is based full-time at our EMEA headquarters on Victoria Embankment, London.
As an Associate within the UK Marketing team you'll be involved in a variety of marketing activities, balancing day-to-day responsibilities with hands-on involvement in campaigns and projects. Job responsibilities
- Managing our online presence: Take ownership of our marketing on third-party platforms and websites, working with industry research and ratings agencies to showcase our products and share educational content.
- Delivering sponsorships & events: Help plan and execute sponsorship activities, including events and content creation, to boost our brand visibility.
- Analyzing marketing data: Generating insights and recommendations that optimise channel and campaign performance and ultimately client engagement. This includes establishing and managing regular reporting.
- Supporting marketing operations: Keep our marketing engine running smoothly by assisting with communications, data management, supplier coordination, and process improvements.
- Executing multi-channel campaigns: Support marketing activities across paid media, social media, digital platforms, email, and events, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
- Content update: Manage and update websites, client collateral, and content to meet compliance standards
- Working on marketing projects: that enhance the experience of our clients and / or enhance our capabilities. Examples being client targeting and segmentation, leads processing, new digital tools and capabilities and journey mapping.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- A genuine interest in asset management or financial services.
- Strong execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track progress, and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Comfortable working with data, with experience or curiosity to learn how to interpret and use data to drive marketing success.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to work effectively with colleagues across marketing, distribution, and investment teams.
- Eager to contribute to a diverse and inclusive team environment
- Proactive learner, keen to build knowledge of the industry, products, and marketing best practices.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in the financial service industry, or another highly regulated industry, is a plus, but not essential.
