We are looking for a UK Demand Generation Manager to join our high-performing marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute innovative demand generation strategies aimed at achieving our ambitious new business targets. Your expertise will help elevate our demand generation engine to the next level, ensuring a measurable impact on lead acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.

As a key player in the marketing team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns. You will bring strong analytical skills, agility, and a customer-focused mindset to drive success across a variety of digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns across multiple digital channels (e.g., SEM, social, email, content, webinars, and events) to drive lead generation and meet new business objectives.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize demand generation programs to improve performance, enhance conversion rates, and deliver measurable results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure demand generation activities are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present and collaborate with senior leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on campaign performance and alignment with business growth.
  • Agency Management: Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns effectively, ensuring they are in line with our brand and goals.
  • Market Analysis: Leverage data analytics and customer insights to define target audience segments, identify growth opportunities, and refine campaign messaging.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies that move prospects through the funnel, ensuring alignment with sales teams to drive high-quality pipeline growth.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Provide regular performance reports, KPIs, and campaign analysis to key stakeholders, ensuring visibility into the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B environments required.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing) and demand generation best practices.
  • Proven track record of designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact demand generation campaigns that generate qualified leads and contribute to business growth.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of UK market dynamics and B2B customer behavior is a plus.

  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively to overcome challenges and identify new opportunities for demand generation.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to manage complex campaigns without losing sight of quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-growing, high-tech, or SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, or other paid media platforms.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, lead scoring, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
