We are looking for an experienced Client Director to lead strategic client relationships within our Digital Media Activation team. This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for setting strategic direction, delivering integrated digital solutions, and ensuring outstanding results for our clients.
As a trusted advisor, you will work across paid media, creative, data, and measurement to develop and deliver integrated strategies aligned to client business objectives. You will be accountable for client success, commercial growth, and the leadership and development of high-performing, cross-functional teams.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of clients, primarily leading large, strategic accounts while also providing consultative support across a wider portfolio of clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital StrategySet and lead integrated, data-driven digital strategies aligned to client business objectives
Provide expert strategic advice across paid media, creative, data, and measurement
Define success through clear objectives, KPIs, and testing and measurement frameworks
Ensure best-practice approaches and continuous optimisation across all client work
Act as the senior client lead and trusted advisor for key accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and advocacy
Maintain a deep understanding of client performance and confidently present insights and recommendations
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and success
Ensure high-quality execution across large, cross-functional client teams
Lead account-wide project management, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard
Oversee the implementation of digital strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and best practice
Lead commercial conversations including renewals, upsell, and scope expansion
Identify and drive growth opportunities across existing client relationships
Support new business activity through strategic input into pitches and proposals
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development
Act as a senior leader within the Digital Media Activation team
Proven experience in a senior client leadership role
Strong digital marketing background with deep paid media experience and an integrated mindset
Excellent client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Commercial confidence with experience driving account growth
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Work across media, creative, data, and measurement - not just one discipline
