A24 is seeking a Brand Development Program Manager to support the expansion of the A24 brand into key international growth markets. Specifically, you will be responsible for promoting and enhancing the visibility of the A24 brand within the UK through a strong understanding and capitalization of the local zeitgeist while maintaining the stewardship of the existing A24 brand ethos and macro sensibilities. This role involves developing and executing localized growth marketing strategies, coordinating events & brand activations, managing local partnerships, and building relationships with key external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial operator who is a self-starter, highly collaborative, and has direct experience in scaling established US brands in global growth markets. 

We are seeking a candidate who can work from A24’s London location.This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with an option to extend. 

Initial Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall strategy and creation of innovative tactics to increase A24’s brand awareness, engagement, and brand love using consumer research, local distributor/partner insights, and a strong pulse on local trends
  • Source, develop, and manage local partner relationships to seed fan development opportunities via brand activations, in-person events, giveaways, and other growth marketing tactics
  • Identify and project manage local consumer goods brand licensing opportunities and co-marketing collaborations 
  • Act as A24’s territory brand ambassador, representing the brand at local events and meetings to build and maintain relationships with key local influencers, media, and community organizations
  • Curate and build direct localized fan communications (e.g., newsletters, mailing lists, fan pages, socials, etc.)  
  • Work closely with the International Sales Team and regional film distribution partners to provide on-ground brand development & marketing support for title-specific campaigns, including identifying renewed opportunities within a deep catalog of library titles 
  • Identify local operational and warehouse fulfillment needs to expand the global distribution of existing consumer goods and merchandise products 

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, brand development, and planning/executing large-scale corporate and consumer events and partnerships
  • Deep understanding of local consumer behaviors and discovery habits within entertainment and how those intersect with growth marketing strategies 
  • Strategic thinker with a strong customer-focused mindset and an acute pulse on trends
  • Highly motivated entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive alignment amid ambiguity
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively influence and contribute with concrete recommendations/next steps, across both regional and global teams
  • Comfortable applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to define success
  • Bachelor's degree required

Our target salary range for this position is between £90,000 - £110,000 GBP. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training.
