Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the agency lead across the Omnicom UK patch. You will be responsible for managing your own book of business under the agency lead's guidance, ensuring strategic alignment and delivering impactful results across the full sales cycle. This position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a commitment to fostering client relationships and driving business growth.

  • Support the agency lead in driving revenue growth across the Omnicom UK patch.

  • Manage your own book of business, ensuring strategic alignment with the overarching patch objectives

  • Develop and execute proactive pitches showcasing innovative solutions that are underpinned by insight. Confidently present tailored solutions to agency teams

  • Foster client relationships and business growth with a proactive approach and strong communication skills.

  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline effectively.

  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team to deliver effective campaigns

  • Understand both direct IO (Insertion Order) and programmatic business models.

  • Understand Samsung Ads full product suite in order to make recommendations that best suit our partners objectives

  • Be persistent, resilient and able to handle pressure but also be a good listener in order to understand clients’ needs.

  • They need to have a good awareness of targets and revenue and have strong self-discipline and attention to detail.

  • Independent, self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity, and resilient. Thrives in a team environment.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide comprehensive advertising solutions to prospective clients.

What does success look like?

In order to achieve success, the candidate will be expected to establish close relationships with key agency planners and buyers, developing a deep understanding of their objectives and how Samsung’s offerings align. Ultimately success will be measured by delivering revenue against their agency goal.

Initially success will be measured through an evaluation period within the first 4, 8 and 12 weeks. Your manager will arrange meetings to discuss performance and to ensure we are doing all that we can to support your progress. After this probationary period your manager will support you and agree key success milestones.

Indicative achievements would include;

  • Week 1 Set Up

  • Weeks 2-4 Business Immersion

  • Weeks 5-8 Stand and Deliver – a presentation to show your understanding of our sales proposition

  • Months 2-3 More independent support of the sales patch

  • Months 4-12 Deeper agency and client engagement
