The Position:

We are looking for a dedicated On-Site Account Manager to join our team in Feltham - TW14 0PH.

Role of an Account Manager:

  • Understand client needs and work to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • The role will focus on maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely submission of weekly payroll for all workers.
  • Manage and resolve worker queries related to payroll, attendance, or general onsite issues.
  • Set up and manage the fingerprint clock-in/out system for all new starters.
  • Provide training and induction to new employees on how to use the fingerprint system
  • Lead and manage the onsite team

As an Account Manager, you will need to have:

  • Essential: Proven experience as an Onsite Account Manager, or similar role, with a strong understanding of managing client accounts and leading teams in an on-site environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships with clients and workers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to handle and resolve worker and client queries with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with fingerprint-based attendance systems is an advantage.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • High attention to detail, especially in data management and payroll.
  • Able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong time management and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
