UX/UI Designer📍 London (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week in-office) | 📝 Permanent

Ready to design digital experiences that make real change happen?

At MindGym, we blend behavioural science with brilliant design to help people think, feel, and perform better at work. From diagnostics to coaching platforms, our digital tools are a key part of that mission — and now we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to take them to the next level.

This role is ideal for someone energised by possibility. You’ll work across our suite of digital products to design intuitive, engaging experiences that drive impact — and feel as good as they look. If you’re a creative problem-solver who loves working in cross-functional teams, we think you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing (and why it matters)
You’ll help shape the user experience of our most important platforms — the tools that bring our behavioural science to life. From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, your work will help real people show up, lead, and thrive at work.

You’ll:

  • Partner with Product Managers, Behavioural Scientists and Designers to translate user needs into smart, scalable experiences

  • Design intuitive user journeys across diagnostics, coaching, and content delivery tools

  • Develop and maintain design templates to support consistent UX across platforms

  • Help evolve our design system and maintain visual consistency across products

  • Communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Stay curious — bringing best-practice UX thinking and fresh ideas to the team

What makes you a great fit
You’re someone who balances curiosity with craft — and always designs with the end user in mind.

  • 3+ years’ experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or digital products

  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design across web and mobile

  • Skilled in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC and prototyping platforms

  • Experienced working in agile, cross-functional teams

  • Confident with responsive design, accessibility, and design systems

  • Bonus: Experience working on behavioural science, coaching, or enterprise platforms

What you’ll get
This isn’t just a design role — it’s your chance to shape products that genuinely help people thrive at work.

  • 25 days’ holiday

  • Private medical insurance

  • Critical life insurance & income protection

  • Two paid charity days per year

  • Gym subsidy, yoga & mindfulness sessions

  • Unlimited mental health support & 24/7 GP access

  • A creative, curious team that loves what they do

A bit about us
We’ve worked with over 60% of the FTSE 100 and S&P 100 — and reached more than five million people with our approach. But we’re still growing fast, still questioning everything, and still building products that change how people lead, learn and perform.

Let’s talk
If this sounds like your kind of challenge, we’d love to hear from you — whether your portfolio is polished or still in progress.
