Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Product UI/UX Designer in a digital product or software development environment.
- Proven experience designing products across multiple stages of the product lifecycle (discovery, MVP, growth, optimization).
- Strong proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools; experience with Figma is highly desirable.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating product thinking, user research, experimentation, and measurable design impact.
- Hands-on experience conducting usability testing and synthesizing user research insights into actionable improvements.
- Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests or product experiments.
- Experience working with or contributing to scalable design systems.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills within cross-functional product teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale using both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Lead design initiatives across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and concept validation to delivery and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problem statements, hypotheses, and success metrics.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
- Produce design artifacts at varying levels of fidelity (user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes).
- Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate based on insights.
- Design and support A/B testing initiatives to validate design decisions and optimize user journeys.
- Use analytics and behavioral data to inform and refine design solutions.
- Modernize and improve existing user journeys while ensuring consistency within the design system.
- Participate actively in discovery, backlog refinement, and planning sessions within agile teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally throughout delivery to ensure high-quality implementation and user experience consistency.
