The role

We are looking for a part-time dynamic, self-motivated, and adaptable UI/UX DesignerUI/UX to join our product team. In this role, you will support the design of user-friendly, consistent experiences across aquaManager, working closely with Product and Engineering to deliver clear workflows and polished interfaces for data-driven operations.


RequirementsWHAT YOU WILL DO

Collaborate, Create, Learn, Grow

  • Support end-to-end design for product features, from problem framing and user flows to UI and handoff.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into clean, usable screens and interactions.
  • Create wireframes, user journeys, and clickable prototypes to explore solutions and align stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the design system by using and improving components, patterns, and documentation.
  • Help maintain consistency and quality across the platform, including dashboards, alerts, and reporting views.
  • Collect feedback from internal teams and customers, then iterate designs based on insights.
ABOUT YOU
  • 1 to 3 years of UI/UX or product design experience, or equivalent portfolio work.
  • Solid UX fundamentals: flows, information architecture, usability thinking.
  • Strong attention to UI detail: layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing.
  • Comfort working in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototypes).
  • Curious, proactive, and open to feedback, with a strong desire to learn and improve.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
  • Fluency in Greek and English is essential.

Nice to have

  • Interest or experience in B2B software, dashboards, or data visualization.
  • Basic understanding of front-end constraints and handoff best practices.
  • Experience working with a design system.
