About Sentient Foundation:
The Sentient Foundation is building the infrastructure for open, monetizable, and loyal AI models through a decentralized protocol. We're creating tools at the intersection of AI and blockchain that will shape how AI models are built, shared, and monetized. We need a Web3-native designer who understands both AI interfaces and crypto protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Agent Interfaces: Create intuitive interfaces for AI model interactions, protocol dashboards, and staking interfaces
• Protocol Design: Design clear flows for complex Web3 mechanisms like staking, bridging, and model access
• AI Integration: Build interfaces that showcase AI capabilities while maintaining clear user control and feedback loops
• Design System: Develop and maintain a component library optimized for Web3 and AI interactions
• User Research: Test interfaces with both Web3-native users and AI builders to optimize flows
• Technical Partnership: Work directly with engineers on implementation using modern tools like shadcn/ui
Requirements:
Must Have:
• 3+ years designing Web3 products (wallets, DeFi, or NFT platforms)
• Deep understanding of Web3 UX patterns (wallet connections, transaction flows, token interfaces)
• Experience with AI tools like v0.dev, GPT-4, and Claude
• Proficiency in modern design stacks: Figma, shadcn/ui, Tailwind
• Portfolio showing Web3 + AI interface work
• Experience designing for protocols, bridges, or complex financial products
• Understanding of token economics and how to represent them visually
• Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs and layer-2 concepts
Nice to Have:
• Experience with React and front-end development
• Previous work on AI model interfaces or agent interactions
• Contributions to Web3 design systems or open-source projects
• Background in designing data dashboards and analytics interfaces
Technical Skills:
• Expert in Figma and prototyping tools
• Familiar with shadcn/ui component library
• Experience with AI design tools (v0.dev, Midjourney)
• Basic understanding of smart contracts and blockchain architecture
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React preferred)
