What You’ll Do
- Create social media graphics, banners, and visual assets for Bluelight’s internal marketing channels
- Support Bluelight’s brand consistency across digital content, presentations, and promotional materials
- Handle ad-hoc internal design requests across marketing and business development teams
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity UI designs, and clickable prototypes in Figma
- Collaborate with the team to translate ideas into polished user experiences
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability considerations, and product goals
- Contribute to improving usability, accessibility, and overall product experience
- Utilize the latest AI design tools to expedite delivery of new and updated mockups
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva
- Comfortable context-switching between product/UX work and marketing design tasks
- Ability to manage fast-turnaround requests with varying scope and format
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, design systems, and prototyping
- Experience designing mobile apps (iOS/Android) and responsive interfaces
- Ability to create interactive, clickable prototypes to communicate design intent
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and user-centered design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote, part-time role
