Job Description:

The Project Manager will be managing multi-GW project portfolio to deploy NEXTracker’s intelligent software solutions TrueCapture and Navigator to customer sites. The Project Manager will drive end-to-end execution, ensuring on-time deployment to secure revenue targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The project manager will collaborate with installers and customers for smooth hand-off of controls and data during and after deployment.

This role requires strong project management, communication, collaboration and organizational skills to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with Project Services and Commissioning teams to plan for upcoming projects

• Collaborate with customers/EPCs/O&M teams and NX vendors to schedule site specific data collection activities required to deploy TrueCapture

• Work with field personnel to commission projects and troubleshoot problems

• Work with third party vendors and customers to install & commission NX equipment onsite

• Drive on-time deployment from contract signature through going live phase, liaising with Project Engineering, Supply Chain, Network and Commissioning teams

• Manage Project P&L including revenue forecasting, invoicing, cashflow and cost management

• Establish, measure and report key performance indicators and willingness to follow through due diligence practices to maintain accuracy of KPIs

• Support Sales, Engineering, Marketing and other teams as requested

• Internal voice of customer voice

Here Is Some Of What You’ll Need (required)

• Bachelor’s degree with preferred emphasis in engineering

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple projects in parallel

• Hands on experience with standard project management tools, including Gantt charts to document and report on project schedules and program level KPIs

• Strong proficiency in communication (written & verbal) and documentation is required. This entails taking comprehensive meeting notes and ensuring their timely distribution, as well as diligently following up with action owners.

• Passion for solar or renewable energy

• Strong knowledge of PV technology and its applications

• Hands-on experience with photovoltaic tracking solar systems a plus

• PMP certification is a plus

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $87,000-$110,000
