The Treasury & Liquidity Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of Invity Finance s.r.o. and Satoshi Bridge Fund SICAV (both entities have the same ownership structure).
This position involves strategic oversight of liquidity and foreign exchange (FX) operations, execution of investment transactions for the fund, mitigation of counterparty risks, and delivery of accurate financial reporting.
Reporting to the COO, the Treasury & Liquidity Manager will ensure seamless integration of treasury functions across our MiCA-licensed operations and regulated fund activities, supporting our mission to deliver secure and efficient bitcoin-financial services.

Satoshi Bridge Fund is here to collect fiat liquidity from investors and provide it to btc owners through reputable trading and lending platforms.
👉 What you’ll do?Cash flow management between fiat and bitcoin (short-term and long-term)
Controlling of forecasted liquidity
Manage daily liquidity and FX hedging strategies
Collaborate with compliance, operations, risk and investment managers to implement treasury policies that align with evolving fintech regulations
Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and best practices for financial integrity
Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports, including treasury dashboards and risk assessments
Oversee investment transactions for the fund, including trade execution, settlement and portfolio monitoring in compliance with regulatory standards
Management and trading of bitcoin Monitor market conditions, interest rates, and bitcoin volatility
At least 5 years experience in similar position
Trader experience and positive attitude to bitcoin is an advantage
