This pivotal role places you at the centre of our financial heartbeat, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial stewardship across the Group.
If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast‑paced, ambitious organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
As Treasury & Financial Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee the Group’s Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Reconciliations, and Treasury functions, ensuring seamless alignment and exceptional operational performance.
You will:
- Manage end‑to‑end AR and AP processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong financial governance.
- Oversee all balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining rigorous controls and compliance across the Group.

- Implement and maintain robust financial controls, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and productivity across the finance operations team.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape forward‑looking cash management and operational finance strategies that support sustainable growth.

Your experience will include:
- Managing AR, AP, reconciliations, and cash flow processes at scale.
- Leading and developing high‑performing transactional finance teams.
- Forecasting cash flow with accuracy and confidence.
- Strengthening financial controls and delivering operational improvements.
You may be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or qualified by experience, with strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
