Job Description
Become a vital part of the Capital Product team, driving the data strategy and architecture for all consumers of capital data.
As a Capital Data Product Owner - Vice Present within the Treasury/Chief Investment Office, you will shape and deliver the data product strategy supporting capital management and regulatory requirements. This global role partners with technology and business teams to define, implement, and govern consumer data models, ensuring alignment with BCBS 239 and ECB roadmaps. You will champion data quality, governance, and innovation, acting as a key liaison across a broad stakeholder group.
Job responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with technology partners to deliver robust data product solutions.
  • Design and deliver architecture solutions to meet changing business requirements.
  • Work closely with business teams to define and refine consumer data models, translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for all data onboarding activities, ensuring strict adherence to governance principles and standards. Maintain and enhance data governance frameworks and oversee the data product roadmap.
  • Lead the delivery of BCBS 239 requirements for Capital data in alignment with the global roadmap.
  • Operate in a global capacity, engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders across the capital space to drive consensus, manage priorities, and deliver value.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance data products and processes.
  • Develop and instill a robust culture of data design and governance across the Capital Product organization.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Couple of years of proven experience in data product ownership, data management, or related roles within financial services
  • Strong understanding of capital management, regulatory data frameworks (BCBS 239), and data governance
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of working in global, matrix environments
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and drive cross-functional delivery
  • Experience partnering with technology teams on data product implementation
