Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team player with solid experience in banking operations, including payment processing, account opening, and communication with financial institutions and service providers.

What Will You Do?

  • Manage company funds (fiat and cryptocurrency), including cash flow monitoring and analysis;
  • Monitor, check and execute clients’ and corporate payments;
  • Open and maintain accounts with banks, exchanges, payment system providers;
  • Communicate with financial institutions;
  • Prepare detailed replies to their requests;
  • Maintain proper organization and up-to-date records of all required documentation in line with banking requirements;
  • Prepare reports and export account statements as requested;
  • Define and coordinate technical and functional requirements to improve and automate treasury processes;
  • Support payment-related activities and projects

Requirements

Key Skills Required:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Treasury, Payments, or Compliance roles involving payment operations and interaction with banks, EMIs, PSPs, or liquidity providers;
  • Proficiency in English at a conversational/ fluent level (minimum B1 level);
  • Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment in the office;
  • Knowledge of Russian and/or Greek will be a plus.
