We are looking for a detailed orientated and efficient Office & Travel Coordinator to join QRT in London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating office travel, with the ability to communicate well with all parts of a business. 

Your future role at QRT: 

  • Manage and coordinate all international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, trains hotels, and transfers for employees and candidates.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all business queries related to travel.
  • Using the travel tool Egencia to help employees book their travel.
  • Work closely with the finance team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Organise ad hoc group bookings for global conferences, team off site's and other company events.
  • Coordinate and manage international and domestic travel logistics for candidates attending interviews and assessments.
  • Maintain and negotiate preferred global rates with airlines, hotels and travel service providers to optimise costs and ensure best-value travel solutions.

Your present skillset:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a global travel coordination role.
  • Proven experience managing international business travel across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple bookings and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with corporate travel platforms and booking systems is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
