What you’ll do

  • Lead the mobilisation and execution of the Digital & Technology transformation programme, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and the approved case.
  • Coordinate all programme workstreams, ensuring each is effectively mobilised, resourced, and delivering against scope, timelines, and encouraged outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance to lead the delivery of outcomes, ensuring benefits (financial and non‑financial) are clearly defined, supervised, and realised.
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of new interpersonal structures, role definitions, and capability frameworks that align with the future D&T operating model.
  • Partner with Change, Comms & Coaching to develop a comprehensive change and communications plan to ensure awareness, adoption, and behavioural change across the D&T organisation and wider business.

 

Who you are

  • Experienced program management lead with a strong technology retail background
  • Expert interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead partners up to and including Board / ExCo.
  • Ability to lead large, sophisticated programs with cross functional interdependencies, remaining calm under pressure and driving forward delivery and execution
  • Driven and motivated individual who loves to work at pace, can embrace an agile approach and is experienced with working alongside a diverse group of partners at multiple levels across the organisation
  • Strong communication skills, leading and developing a team to be outstanding business improvement professionals
