Job Description
Join our Securities Management Team as a Transaction Associate, where you will play a key role in managing Asset Moves, Account Opening, and Tax Re-Rate processing for Lending Clients. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships with stakeholders and ensure seamless client onboarding and exiting processes.
As a Transaction Associate within Trading Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and completing Asset Moves, Account Opening, and Tax Re-Rate processing for Lending Clients. You will manage the pipeline of work, build relationships with stakeholders, resolve complex inquiries, and meet tight deadlines.
Job responsibilities:

  • Interfaces with business groups as part of the Client onboarding processes, liaising with Custody Teams, Product, Relationship Management, and various stakeholders.
  • Analyzes data, escalates any anomalies, and discuss solutions.
  • Drives own action planning in line with overall task initiatives and team objectives, working well with colleagues to ensure all pipeline activity is completed accurately and on time.
  • Participates in projects and/or processes, taking direction from the Project Lead.
  • Is involved in client-driven/regulatory change initiatives, producing metrics and reporting for Securities Operations.
  • Manages a high volume of queries, exhibit ownership, and communicate status relating to pipeline and deadlines.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with others to meet deadlines, cross-train, and expand understanding of the team's operations.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage change.
  • Demonstrated team-building skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in managing complex inquiries and building stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in participating in client-driven/regulatory change initiatives.
