About the role 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Training Consultant to join us on a 7 months FTC basis (potential to be extended). In this role, you will drive the successful adoption of new systems and processes implemented by our HR Foundations Programme within the HR community by delivering impactful training. You will design and deliver clear, engaging, and tailored training programmes to meet the needs of the HR network.

Your remit will include but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with program team and local HR stakeholders (especially Change Ambassadors) to understand system and process changes and translate them into engaging learning content

  • Design, plan, and deliver training sessions tailored to the needs of the HR community

  • Gather feedback from the programme team and the local HR network to continuously improve training content and delivery

  • Track the training delivery KPIs and adjust training strategy and content if necessary

  • Actively support the development of workplace trainers and coaches

  • Manage local deployment and administration of e-learning and virtual learning

  • Design and deliver local interventions which meet needs using a blend of methodologies (e-learning, self-managed learning, classroom, on the job learning etc.) as appropriate.  

About you  

  • Proven experience as a trainer or learning consultant, ideally within HR or technology transformation programs

  • Proficiency with Articulate 360 and similar eLearning tools

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced programme environment

  • Pro-active, creative, with a clear sense of accountability, strong cultural awareness and customer engagement.

  • Familiarity with Workday is desirable.
