During your 18  month programme, you will be part of our performance marketing team working in Martech and Paid Search. You will learn about how product feeds and marketing tags/pixels work to drive performance of our advertising. It is a fast-paced, highly data-driven environment, but you won't be expected to know it all from day one. You will receive hands-on training from our media buying experts and martech experts, giving you the ongoing support you need to master the platforms, understand algorithms, and confidently launch your career with a leading retail brand.

These fast-paced roles are perfect for a data-savvy graduate or professional who is eager to launch a career with a leading retail brand.

  • Track competitor activity across global markets to help us maintain a competitive advantage.

What You’ll Bring

  • A recent graduate of a Marketing degree which includes a mathematics/data module or a STEM degree, or someone with a year of professional experience and a clear passion for digital marketing.
  • A self-starter who stays cool under pressure and thrives in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
  • Highly organised with a strong ability to take direction, manage your time and deliver tasks accurately.
  • An inquisitive learner with a genuine "thirst to learn" and a "can do" attitude toward team collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You possess a mix of creative flair and strong numerical literacy, with high attention to detail.
  • An intermediate to advanced user of Google Suite or Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets).
