Job Description

ELP Consult is a global specialist executive search firm that focuses on recruiting mid to senior level professionals for the world’s leading IT companies, Financial Institutions and Fund Managers.

ELP is currently looking for a hardworking and driven individual (graduate or experienced professional) to join their London team as a Trainee Executive Search Consultant. You will start with an initial training period and learn about a wide variety of sectors. You will be expected to work with one or two consultants assisting in the acquisition of up-to-date information about the candidates, clients and target clients from various sources. You will also be responsible for producing a longlist of candidates and working with consultants to reduce that to a shortlist, by approaching potential candidates, assessing their experience, credentials and gaining a greater understanding of their motivations.

Requirements:

·Ambitious and seeking to gain a position with a top-class specialist executive search firm

·Confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated plus a professional communication style

·Career-focused and committed to developing yourself into a successful recruitment consultant/executive search consultant

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to build rapport and talk credibly with candidates

·Mandarin or German language is preferred
