What’s the role about?
You'll be joining our Menswear Design department as a Trainee Designer. You'll be assisting with creating seasonal collections and be a key support function across the entire menswear department.

Who you are

  • Experience working in a design studio is highly desirable 
  • Graduated in Fashion Design with great knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Good knowledge of Excel and strong organisational skills
  • Team player, keen to learn and build a career in menswear design
  • Creative with a good eye for colour and taste, aligned with Reiss aesthetics 
  • Experience creating tech packs for factories is desirable 


What you’ll be doing

  • Creating all relevant details sketches, CAD designs and colourways for specs and presentations
  • Responsible for or assisting in the creation of all spec packs
  • All correct sketch, measurement and construction detail for best factory understanding
  • Researching into seasonal directions and trends suitable for Reiss aesthetics 
  • Assisting team to meet all deadlines and to deliver protos for pre buy
  • Assisting in making the samples ready for the buy
  • Assisting the team in design board creation for presentation standards
