  • Conduct regular system checks and performance analysis to optimize reliability and speed.
  • Provide training and support to traders and portfolio managers on trading applications and tools.
  • Displays and operates at the highest degree of ethics and integrity.

Requirements
  • Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Shell) to automate support tasks.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across multi-system environments (including vendor systems).
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate technical detail into business language.
  • 0-2 years of trading or application support experience, ideally within a hedge fund, investment bank, or trading platform provider.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or any related field
  • Prior internship or experience in a bank, hedge fund, broker, or trading environment is preferred

  • Solid understanding of trading operations and commonly used front-office applications.
  • Hands-on expertise with at least two of: EMSX, Tradeweb, Orchestrade, BidFx, TS Imagine, Trading Technologies, Noevest
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and escalation processes.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and FIX protocols.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Experience across other e-trading platforms, either buy-side, sell-side, or vendor.
  • Knowledge of messaging protocols (RMQ, MQ).
