Making sure our shelves are fully stocked is key to a fantastic shopping experience, which is why our Trading Managers are so vital to our success.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a hands-on approach to managing store-wide trading routines. You'll lead your team to deliver market-leading product availability, run smooth promotional events, and ensure every aisle is safe, legal, and ready for trade.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:

  • Put customers first: Lead your team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences, planning promotions and acting on customer feedback to keep standards high.
  • Lead and support your team: Manage shift rotas, attendance, and talent development, delivering training so colleagues have the confidence to work flexibly across departments.
  • Drive performance and availability: Lead a supportive, performance-driven department, guiding colleagues to work with purpose against all operational and sales targets.
  • Keep operations running smoothly: Plan resources thoroughly, manage daily team routines, and build strong working relationships with other store departments.
