💰 £26,538.49 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £30,000+)

As a Trade Salesperson, you will play a key role in driving trade sales, building strong relationships with local tradespeople, and supporting the smooth running of our warehouse and stock management operations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage stock, deliveries, and goods-in processes

  • Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse

  • Build strong relationships with trade customers

  • Provide excellent customer service and tailored solutions

  • Deliver against sales targets while protecting margin

  • Work as part of a supportive team and develop your skills

Who we’re looking for

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and personable approach

  • Eager to learn and develop product knowledge and design software where required

  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to help

  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

  • Ability to manage and maintain stock effectively

  • IT literate with strong attention to detail

  • Flexibility to work weekends

  • Open to undertake Forklift Truck Training if required
