Trade Marketing plays a critical role in positioning Red Bull as the #1 brand for both consumers and customers by increasing visible distribution, strengthening brand relevance, and driving frequency of use across the entire On Premise landscape.
In this role, you will lead the development of Red Bull’s product and marketing strategy within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segment, leveraging both new and existing initiatives to drive brand relevance and commercial growth. You will design and execute impactful stakeholder engagement programmes through staff activations, trade shows, industry conventions, and targeted hospitality.
By combining On Premise strategy with best-in-class marketing programmes, you will drive large-scale segment activations that win new business, unlock incremental demand, and elevate execution standards across existing accounts.
Job DescriptionLEADING OUR WINNING MINDSET
Drive acquisition and growth of QSR customers through impactful Joint Business Plans (JBPs), increasing distribution, visibility, and volume performance.
Develop national ATL and BTL marketing initiatives in alignment with Global Brand strategy.
Partner cross-functionally to build scalable toolkits and support strong field execution.
Work closely with Key Accounts to identify opportunities that deliver best-in-class ‘Look Like #1’ execution standards.
Continuously identify new ways to strengthen Red Bull’s presence and relevance within the QSR channel.
DRIVE STRATEGY WITH CUSTOMERS
Act as the marketing expert for QSR customers, identifying opportunities to grow brand presence and commercial impact.
Translate customer needs into tailored marketing plans aligned with Red Bull brand priorities and On Premise strategy.
Collaborate with Brand Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class activation plans.
Represent the Red Bull brand externally, strengthening relationships and unlocking new business opportunities.
CATEGORY AND INSIGHTS
Be an expert in the QSR world, through regular time in trade and customer engagement.
Develop actionable insights on key customers, competitors, and category trends to inform strategy.
Provide relevant, insight-led recommendations that support customer growth and strengthen Red Bull’s category leadership.
Identify scalable concepts, tools, and activations that drive measurable impact.
Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related commercial roles.
Experience working with Regional and Global QSR Key Accounts is highly desirable.
Strong customer-facing background with solid understanding of On-Premise trade, sales processes, and negotiation with Regional and Global Key Accounts.
Strategic and analytical mindset, able to interpret complex trends and develop innovative strategies while maintaining the commercial big picture
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Highly organised and self-driven, with strong project management skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for building new business partnerships in fast-paced environments
