Job Description

Supporting the Marketing Delivery team to execute our global always-on marketing activity. As a Trade Marketing Executive at ASOS, you’ll support the end-to-end project management of BAU campaigns, delivering this activity to teams across the business, including onsite experience, CRM, paid media and trade. Additional projects within your remit may also include coordinating requirements for A/B testing and localised content.

We're looking for someone who is meticulous, process-driven and thrives in fast-moving environments. You need to be adaptable to change, a clear communicator and passionate about being close to the detail of day-to-day trading, rather than focusing on brand-led creative campaigns

The Details

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of BAU (Business as Usual) trade marketing activities, ensuring campaigns and tasks are executed on time and to standard. Coordinate cross-functional inputs to build and maintain project briefs, timelines, and workflows.

  • Daily coordination of project files, folders, trackers and asset libraries to keep the teams running smoothly, ensuring everything is documented, accessible and correct.

  • Keep all stakeholders aligned with clear communication on requirements, deadlines and progress changes - support with other general admin including scheduling, meeting notes and co-ordination of sign-off’s with stakeholders.

  • Working with external agencies to support the execution of localised websites, translations and partnerships.

  • Collaborate with Onsite Experience, CRM and Design teams using Figma to support content improvements.

  • Act as a gatekeeper for customer experience - reviewing journeys, link checks and assets to ensure they meet ASOS standards. This includes supporting out-of-office-hour refreshes of content where required. You will be encouraged to take flexible working to accommodate this.

  • Provide weekly campaign analysis: measure success, report on KPIs, and provide actionable insights into new projects. Offer ongoing recommendations to workflow improvements to improve internal efficiency

We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office. It’s a rhythm that speeds up decision-making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.
