We are a fast-growing global reinsurance speciality company servicing the insurance markets of Lloyd’s, Europe and North America.

Our Claims Vendor Management leader is seeking a TPA Manager to conduct the performance, governance and commercial management of third-party claims service providers across Europe.

Responsibilities
You will manage the delegated authority framework, onboard TPAs attached to acquired portfolios, oversee audits and action plans, and ensure providers meet contractual, regulatory and claims-handling standards. You will also support fee negotiations, procurement activity, bordereaux oversight and the continuous improvement of the TPA operating model.

Candidate requirements
We’re looking for someone with strong experience managing outsourced claims providers across Lloyd’s and non-Lloyd’s business, alongside commercial contract expertise. You will bring excellent stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills, confidence using Excel and Word, and a detail-oriented, outcomes-focused approach.
