Job purpose:

As the Total Rewards Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the administration and analytics of compensation and benefits programs across all regions as a member of the Central Total Rewards Operational Team. This role focuses on administrative and operational support across compensation platforms, job profile management, and data integrity processes, which will enable that enables regional Total Rewards teams to focus on strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Excel and Workday skills, a critical thinking mindset, and a passion for process improvement. This role requires someone who can spot inconsistencies, ask the right questions, and propose solutions—ideally leveraging automation or AI tools.

What You'll Do:
  • Job Profile Management: Create and maintain job profiles, including job codes and titles, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions. Conduct regular audits to deactivate outdated profiles and resolve discrepancies.

  • System Administration: Act as administrator for key platforms such as Syndio, market pricing tools, and job evaluation systems. Ensure data accuracy and accessibility in Workday.

  • Survey Coordination: Support compensation survey submissions and data consolidation across regions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

  • Data Audits & Reporting: Perform regular audits in Workday, identify data inconsistencies, and support reporting needs for compensation and benefits dashboards.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational workflows. Propose and implement enhancements using automation or AI tools where applicable.

  • Documentation & Communication: Support the creation and distribution of letters and documentation related to Total Rewards programs (e.g., SIP, MIP, US benefits).

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, data analytics, or a similar role.

  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.

  • Experience working with Workday and understanding of HR processes within the system.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to catch errors and inconsistencies in reports.

  • Ideally experience as an HR Analyst or in a Total Rewards function.

  • Ideally familiarity with compensation platforms such as BetterComp, Salary.com, or Syndio.

  • Ideally exposure to pay equity analysis and automation tools for HR processes.
