ROLE PROFILE:

An experienced leader responsible for product ownership of LSEG’s TBM platform (MagicOrange), incorporating Engineering and Operations . This role will ensure the TBM process, data flows, taxonomy, and tooling are effective, well governed, and continuously improving, enabling high quality cost transparency, allocation accuracy, and actionable insights across Engineering, Finance, and Operations. The role owns the platform, TBM operational processes, data quality, workflow design, and the end‑to‑end operation of the TBM product.

ROLE SUMMARY:

LSEG has invested in an established TBM framework and supporting tooling to improve transparency and control of technology spend. With MagicOrange as the core TBM platform, this role will lead its evolution, ensuring robust processes, data quality, and reporting outputs that support decision‑making across the enterprise. The role will act as the central owner of TBM operations and platform capability, driving continuous improvement, governance, and adoption.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

· Own the end-to-end TBM operational cycle including data ingestion, validation, allocation and monthly reporting for Engineering and Operations. 

· Establish controls and SLAs to ensure predictable, repeatable TBM operations.

· Continue to evolve the TBM model to support LSEG’s transition to a product‑aligned organisation and towards a chargeback model.

· Manage dashboards, allocations, service catalogues, and costing models within the platform.

· Develop and maintain process guides, data dictionaries, training materials, and user onboarding resources.

· Ensure high‑quality, automated, and scalable data integration across Oracle, Clarity, Planview, HR systems, and cloud platforms.

· Own the product roadmap for MagicOrange, defining enhancements, prioritising features, and managing the vendor relationship.

· Lead platform configuration, release planning, workflow improvements, and testing cycles.

· Drive understanding and adoption of TBM processes and tooling through training and continuous engagement.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

· Proven experience in leading TBM product ownership within large, complex organisations.

· Familiarity with TBM solutions such as Apptio, Magic Orange etc

· Deep understanding of TBM principles, frameworks, and tools.

· Strong financial skills and experience in technology cost management, budgeting, and forecasting.

· Ability to translate financial and operational data into strategic insights.

· Experience in partner management across Finance, Engineering, and Business units.

· Good communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.

· Experience motivating change and embedding new practices across global teams.

· Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and enterprise architecture frameworks is a plus.
