To strengthen TMC’s position as one of Europe’s leading teleradiology providers by driving effective marketing, communication, and brand strategies.
The Marketing and Communications Manager ensures that TMC’s services, culture, and value proposition are communicated clearly to clients, radiologists, and key stakeholders across all markets.

Organisational Context

Reports to: TMC General Manager
Member of: Central Leadership Team (CLT) and Commercial Leadership Team
Collaboration with: Recruitment, Commercial, Operations, and Medical Leadership Teams
Location: Barcelona or Reading, hybrid working possible

Travel: Occasional (meetings, congresses, events, client or internal meetings)

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute TMC’s marketing and communication strategy in alignment with business objectives and Unilabs group direction.
- Strengthen TMC’s brand positioning in the European teleradiology market, with a focus on client awareness, trust, and engagement.
- Identify and define key market segments, ensuring that each is targeted with the most relevant and differentiated messaging.

Content & Communication Management
- Manage and produce high-quality marketing content for TMC’s website, social media, newsletters, and other external channels.
- Oversee production of promotional materials for congresses, client meetings, and recruitment events.
- Coordinate with external providers for design, PR, and digital marketing support.
- Ensure consistency of tone, brand identity, and key messages across all communication channels.

Commercial Support
- Support commercial teams in promoting TMC’s services through various marketing and communication channels.
- Develop campaigns and materials that support lead generation, client retention, and reputation building.
- Contribute to tenders, client presentations, and business development activities with impactful materials and positioning insights.

Recruitment Marketing
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop marketing campaigns that attract radiologists across Europe.
- Analyse market trends and radiologist motivations to position TMC as an employer of choice.
- Strengthen TMC’s recruitment brand through creative, data-driven, and targeted initiatives.

Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Lead ongoing market and competitor analysis, ensuring a deep understanding of how TMC is positioned relative to other teleradiology and diagnostic service providers.
- Track market developments, pricing trends, and service models across key European markets.
- Generate regular competitor and market intelligence reports to inform leadership, commercial, and recruitment strategies.
- Identify opportunities and risks in market dynamics — including new entrants, client preferences, and technological trends.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations that influence strategic decision-making and guide communication priorities.

Internal Communication
- Support internal communication activities to strengthen alignment, engagement, and visibility of achievements.
- Produce key internal updates and support leadership communication initiatives such as newsletters and townhalls.


Requirements

- University degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and external communications roles, preferably within healthcare or professional services.
- Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear, compelling messages.
- Excellent command of English (native or near-native).
- Knowledge of any Scandinavian language is a strong advantage.
- Experience with digital marketing, website management, and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to use market and competitor intelligence tools and techniques.
- Creative, structured, and proactive approach with strong collaboration skills.
