As a leader in the Corporate Third Party Oversight Operations Enablement team, you will drive the implementation of new reporting requirements by regulators across the globe, manage regulatory submissions, and support data governance initiatives. You will collaborate with global teams to produce submission reports and optimize reporting processes. This role offers the chance to enhance your understanding of internal processes and contribute to the strategic goals of JPMC.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead regulatory reporting change initiatives and submission projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports to regulators and auditors in the required formats.
  • Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements, align with the firm's internal process and data that would meet the regulatory requirements, and document the technical specification for Technology team accordingly
  • Manage regulatory reporting change projects, including stakeholder communications and proactive escalation and resolution of risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with technology teams in documenting and agreeing business requirements, test the changes and collaborate with stakeholders for implementation of regulatory reports.
  • Guide the team and stakeholders in understanding internal data collection processes.
  • Support the data governance function of the CTPO Operations Enablement team through design, implementation and execution of controls around Third Party Risk data feeds and submissions file production.
  • Identify and operationalize enhancements to the regulatory reporting framework (both process and technology) for the delivery of such reporting across JPMC legal entities , and partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, including the ability to review and interpret regulatory reporting requirements and draft technical specifications for Technology teams.
  • Proven experience in project management, driving initiatives from planning through execute.
  • Ability to understand the firm's internal processes for collecting and maintaining data across all the datapoints required by the regulators, and aligning the technical specifications accordingly.
  • Ability to coordinate UAT testing of systems and reports to specifications.
  • Ability to reconcile data sets between different reports, identify the gaps in the data and present the summary to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong control mindset and attention to detail in performing data review and governance activities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Prior experience of regulatory reporting or designing reporting solutions is desirable.
  • Experience in an banking regulatory, compliance or operational team is preferred.
  • Ability to work on BI-tools such as Alteryx and/or Tableau to develop process automation and data governance controls.
