Hybrid – Dorking or Basingstoke 2 days a week

We are seeking an experienced Third Party Risk Manager (TPRM) to provide expert guidance and support to relationship owners and business specialists on regulatory and external requirements. This critical role ensures that Unum’s risk exposure to third parties is effectively managed and remains compliant with internal policies and external regulations. 

You will be accountable for reporting on third party risks to relevant governance committees and evaluating whether the organisation stays within its defined risk appetite.

As a Third Party Risk Manager, you will design, manage, and deliver a comprehensive TPRM policy and framework that aligns with sourcing requirements, business resiliency, information security, and disaster recovery standards. 

Collaboration will be at the heart of your role as you work with compliance, IT, risk teams, and stakeholders across business lines to ensure consistent and effective framework application. Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will provide insights to help business partners manage risks within their areas. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of risk management processes, excellent communication and leadership skills, significant stakeholder management experience, and a background in financial services.
