About the Position
Reporting to the VP, Senior Compliance Manager, the Third-Party Risk Management Analyst will provide support to the Vendor Management Team and interact with all areas of the business. They will learn different aspects of the operations of a Global reinsurance company and interact with Senior Management and gain exposure to a wide-range of teams.
Key Responsibilities

To facilitate and support the on-boarding process for new Vendors and the renewal process for existing Vendors.

To support the process for determining the risks associated with Vendors and help the business assess and manage those risks.

To perform high-level analysis of Vendor contracts and summarise this to the Vendor Legal team.

To manage the quality of the data within our dedicated system for Vendor management and work with the Finance function to enable the free-flow of information across our systems.

To perform screening of our Vendors and identify and escalate any issues as they may arise.

To provide reporting to Management on Vendors and contracts and identify key trends and themes.
Candidate Qualifications:

Experience working in a Procurement, Vendor Management or Third-Party Risk Management team.

Knowledge of commercial contracts.

Lateral thinker and someone who can help identify future areas of progression,

Strong computer skills.
