Project Title: CRM-Salesforce
Title: Test Manager
Description
Phased approach to implementing Salesforce as our primary housing application and migrating some aspects from ActiveH application to the new platform. It will be a phased approach possibly up to a several years with the initial phase setting the groundworks for the remainder of the programme
The main things for the quotation would be to consider,
- Initial 30 days of experienced UK shore-based Test Manager with a focus on the following, this will allow us to move quickly whilst we sort out commercials for the much bigger piece. So, a SOW for these 30 days. It is expected that test analysts will be offshore.
- Will engage in the discovery stage of project lifecycle for the procurement of CRM from Salesforce and will start producing the overall test strategy for the programme
- Will start to consider test planning including environments, test reference data, resourcing etc…
- Will consider regression testing through the Ranorex automation tool, so approach will be critical on this.
- Will consider implications of migration from existing to Salesforce.
- Will actively enter testable entities into MS Dev/Ops and start planning within the tool. Which will be iterative, with some agile sprints as well.
- Will start planning the wider test capability for the rest of the programme which will be extensive over a protracted period of years not months with Complaints and Repairs being the first two aspects.
At a high level this could be summarised as being,
- Test Strategy
- High level Test Plan
- Automation Strategy
- Test Governance and Compliance approach
