We're looking for a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of our retail business across the UK & Ireland. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand in the field—developing strong relationships with retail partners, identifying growth opportunities, training store teams, and driving sales performance across your territory.

What you´ll do:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing retail partners across the UK & Ireland.
  • Increase sales by expanding product portfolios and implementing effective pricing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your customers, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams.
  • Identify commercial opportunities, negotiate agreements, and prepare customer proposals and contracts.
  • Develop tailored promotional plans for each retail partner and measure their effectiveness.
  • Visit retail stores regularly to strengthen relationships, evaluate product presentation, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver engaging product training to retail sales teams, enabling them to confidently sell our products.
  • Monitor account performance, forecast sales, and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape future commercial strategies.

Who we´re looking for:

  • A proven sales professional with experience managing retail or wholesale accounts.
  • A relationship builder who enjoys working closely with customers and creating long-term partnerships.
  • Commercially minded, with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing your own schedule in a remote environment.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and motivated by achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Comfortable traveling extensively across the UK & Ireland to visit retail partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Experience within the bedding, furniture, home, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
  • Holds a valid driver's license.

What we offer:

  • An entrepreneurial culture that will empower and support you from day one —you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA.
  • The opportunity to accelerate your career and grow together
  • The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects as part of a dedicated, international team
  • To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events
  • Access to a Company Car, Computer & Phone.
  • Confidential mental wellbeing support with personalized sessions and self-guided programs.
