Location: A fully remote role, covering a territory between Carshalten/Crawley/Brighton/Horsham/Tonbridge

What You'll Do:

  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Kao Salon Division with professionalism and enthusiasm, embodying our core values and promoting a strong personal brand.
  • Sales & Customer Engagement: Implement a structured sales plan, engaging with salons regularly to foster relationships, drive consultative selling, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Product & Business Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio, pricing, and colour mixing processes. Present business-building campaigns and sales strategies with confidence.
  • CRM & Performance Tracking: Utilise CRM tools to maintain up-to-date account information, monitor contract performance, manage aged debt, and plan effectively for each client interaction.
  • Training & Self-Development: Engage in ongoing professional development by attending sales capability meetings and completing training through the Atensi App. Stay informed about our company's remuneration and reward structures.
  • Operational Excellence: Keep your vehicle well-stocked with samples, leverage digital sales tools, and actively contribute to our social selling strategy.

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Open to all industry backgrounds; however, field sales experience is essential.
  • A passion for or a keen interest in the salon industry.
  • Proficiency in everyday technology, including iPads and laptops.
