Territory Sales Executive - East Team - Suffolk, Norfolk

Join our dynamic team as a Territory Sales Executive for our East Team, Suffolk, Norfolk, focusing on driving growth for the KAO Salon Division's renowned brands: Goldwell and KMS. This role offers a unique opportunity to support and expand business with salons in your assigned territory, contributing to the long-term success of both the company and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with salon owners to develop long-term, mutually beneficial growth strategies. Organise and deliver product introduction training for new salons, and represent the KAO Salon Division at industry events and association meetings.
  • Drive sales by promoting the full portfolio of KAO Salon Division brands using our 5+1 Powerbrand strategy. Manage your territory effectively, liaising with head office to plan tours and optimise customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with salons to develop tailored turnover plans that achieve both short- and long-term targets. Work alongside the Studio Group Leaders to build strong, lasting relationships with customers, enhancing loyalty through proactive hairdresser offerings.
  • Regularly analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. Implement action plans to address any negative budget deviations and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure all activities align with the Global Salon Division's Go-To-Market strategy. Utilise technology (iPad, digital tools, Sales Force Automation) to support sales efforts and streamline operations.
  • Submit timely sales reports to your supervisor and work closely with the education team to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably within the beauty or a related industry. Sales certifications or ongoing professional development are a plus.
  • A solid understanding of different business sales cultures and the ability to adapt to various environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using digital tools to enhance sales performance.
  • We are seeking someone confident, approachable, and adaptable, with a professional demeanour and the ability to communicate current styles and trends effectively.
  • You are results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Flexibility is essential, as this role requires the potential to spend 3-4 days per week travelling to visit customers.
