At Flipdish, we’re turning the tables in favour of independent restaurant and takeaway owners by offering them powerful, simple-to-use tech solutions backed by real human support. Everything we do is designed to make running a restaurant satisfyingly simple in a world that’s anything but.

About the role

You’ll join the Sales team as a Territory Sales Executive, owning new business growth across your territory. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and first outreach through discovery, proposals, negotiation, and close.

This is a field-based, commercially focused role for someone who can build a strong pipeline, run compelling face-to-face meetings, and connect Flipdish’s value to the commercial and operational goals of restaurant and takeaway owners. Success in this role looks like consistently hitting new business targets, closing good-fit customers, and building a well-forecasted pipeline with clear next steps.

What you’ll own
  • Own the full sales cycle for your territory, from prospecting and first outreach through discovery, proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, balancing warm inbound leads with proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Run compelling face-to-face meetings and tailored demos that clearly link Flipdish’s value to each customer’s commercial and operational goals.
  • Listen, diagnose, and advise: uncover pain points, build a consultative business case, and recommend the right solution and commercial structure.
  • Navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders, handle objections, and move opportunities forward with pace and professionalism.
  • Challenge poor decisions and propose better ways of working. Constructive challenge is a responsibility: prioritising harmony over truth or progress is a failure of responsibility.
What success looks like
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly new business targets for your territory.
  • Maintain a high-quality, well-forecasted pipeline with clear next steps and strong conversion through each stage.
  • Close deals that are a good fit and onboard smoothly, with low churn risk and clear customer outcomes.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience in sales or business development, ideally in field sales or territory management.
  • Can demonstrate a proven ability to build your own outbound pipeline and consistently hit or exceed targets.
  • Are confident running consultative conversations: asking the right questions, listening well, and connecting product value to business outcomes.
  • Are highly organised and self-directed: you can plan your territory, manage your time, and follow up without needing constant direction.
  • Are commercially savvy and comfortable discussing pricing, ROI, and contract terms.

The following would help you stand out.

  • Restaurant experience or restaurant tech experience selling SaaS to SMB restaurants.
  • Strong negotiation skills and evidence of closing mid-market or multi-site opportunities.
  • Familiarity with POS, online ordering, loyalty, or restaurant operations tooling.
What you get

We’re a growing startup and we understand that amazing incentives will attract amazing talent. Alongside a competitive salary, we offer unparalleled opportunities for career growth. If you’re smart, ambitious, and hard-working, we’ll do whatever it takes to make you a Flipdisher!

  • Pension: retirement savings support (UK)

Our culture

At Flipdish, we’re on the side of independent restaurant and takeaway owners, running busy operations on tight margins with rising costs, staffing challenges, and an increasingly demanding customer base. Our job is to make their lives easier with technology that’s powerful, satisfyingly simple, and backed by real human support.

Our integrated ecosystem, spanning online ordering, marketing, loyalty, point of sale, menu optimisation, and operational automation, helps restaurants grow while staying in control. We’re an AI-first company, and we use it to help our customers get better outcomes, faster ordering, smarter marketing, and smoother operations, so owners and teams can spend more time on what matters.

Inside the company, we value ownership and clarity, with a friendly, people-led culture behind it. We trust our people to help shape what kind of employer Flipdish is, not just follow a script. Transparency is huge for us: we listen to each other, collaborate, and create the space for people to grow (with balance, not burnout). We care about diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing as standard, and we encourage flexibility where it works. We’re focused on impact and team energy, not “being seen”. You’ll have meaningful scope, work closely with smart people across teams, and be trusted to make things better as Flipdish scales.
