Smith+Nephew is hiring a Territory Manager AWM (Community department)

A Territory Manager in the Advanced Wound Management (AWM Community department) is primarily responsible for customer service related to outpatient care and prescriptions. They also educate customers about products to help achieve sales targets in designated direct sales outlets, all while adhering to the company's policies and procedures.

Area: Mazowieckie

Fixed term contract: 6 months with possibility to extend

What will you be doing?

  • Drive Profitable Sales: Effectively sell the wound product portfolio to achieve sales targets for the territory, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Territory Management: Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the territory, including customer profiles, business potential, purchasing processes, competitor activities, and market trends.

  • developing the Wound Care business establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with the medical community: regular meetings with doctors, nurses, pharmacists.

  • Provide advice and training to customers on Smith & Nephew products to ensure high levels of user competence etc.

  • Interpreting sales data to maximize productivity

  • attending and participating in regional meetings and conferences. 

  • gathering information about competitors' activities / market monitoring.

  • Liaison with colleagues from other parts of Smith & Nephew business to ensure that cross-business opportunities within the territory are maximized

What will you need to be successful?

  • We are seeking a candidate with preferably minimum 2 years of experience in the similar position ( for example Medical Sales Representative, Medical-pharmacy Sales Representative, Medical Consultant, etc.)

  • knowledge of Chronic Wound Healing, will be an additional asset,

  • We are looking for a self-directed and self-motivated individual who demonstrates learning agility and persistence in overcoming challenges

  • You should also possess strong collaborative abilities and a results-oriented mindset with a focus on achievement.

  • native level of Polish, and communicative in English (B2),
