Overview

The Risk Management area is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk. May include establishing risk management procedures and processes to ensure adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

1- Managing Customer Assurance - Customer questionnaires and audits as well as the CAP initiative

2- Managing Privacy and Regulatory Compliance - GDPR/CCPA/DORA/NIS/NIS2 and the underlying compliance programme

3- Managing SOC audits - Annual SOC1 audit for the COM division and the underlying compliance programme

4- Managing a team of 2 staff - Day to day guidance and development of a Risk Manager and a Risk Analyst
