Valentino, the renowned Italian luxury fashion house, is seeking temporary Sales Advisors to join their London retail team. As a Sales Advisor at Valentino, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding and selecting the right products.

  • We expect you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.

  • You shall stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, product knowledge, and industry developments to effectively advise and guide customers.

  • You will handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts.

  • We expect you to participate in inventory management activities, such as receiving and organising merchandise, conducting stock checks, and maintaining display areas.

  • You shall play an active role in visual merchandising, ensuring that products are attractively displayed and the store's aesthetic is maintained.

  • We expect you to contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating with team members and supporting colleagues when needed.

Requirements

  • You must have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide exceptional service.
